It is my pleasure to recommend Brian Mitchell, with Signature Painting. I have known Brian for a short time in my capacity as Account Manager at Willis Management Group, Inc. Brian worked with me and managed the following painting projects: The Grove of Walnut Creek Homeowners Association and The Contra Costa Villas II Homeowners Association.
I have managed Homeowners Associations for over four years and have had the opportunity to work with many general and painting contractors. Based on the quality of work produced by Signature Painting and the work ethic established by Brian, I would rank Signature Painting as one of the best contractors I have worked with.
Brian distinguished himself and his company by consistently submitting quality workmanship and communication. The crew was always on-time, leaving the job-site clean after each work day, and was very accommodating not only with management and the Board of Directors, but with the residents as well.
Brian demonstrated his knowledge in his field by assisting management and the Board of Directors in color rendering recommendations and excellent project management. Brian was very flexible and accommodating when it came to scheduling site inspections with management and the Board. The final product was excellent and the crew finished the work on time and within proposed budget conditions.

Hawkins Enterprises recently completed a project for us in which you were a sub-contractor. I wanted to let you know that we are very happy with the work that your team performed at our house and the manner in which the work was done.
Your employees not only did a great job, but they were also very courteous, respectful, and made sure everything was clean and put away at the end of each day.
We were also impressed by the fact that they worked late on several days to ensure their part of the project was completed on a timely basis. It’s not often that contractors are so conscientious about time lines. It has been our experience more often than not that construction projects are delayed by weeks.

In November of 2008 after Thanksgiving Holiday they completed, in a most successful fashion, the interior painting of my living room. The work was reliably performed, and I was impressed with the high degree of responsibility and strong work ethic shown by Mr. McKenzie and the men who worked with him in completion of this job.
The job was done in a highly satisfactory manner and all of our concerns were quickly and fully addressed. The started promptly on time and was completed on time, even though it was a tight time frame. In addition to the high quality of painting, they were meticulous in their cleanup and were unobtrusive in their presence around the house.
