June 12, 2010Dear Mr. Gunn,
It is with a sense of pride and accomplishment that I send you this note discussing the recent painting of our Queen Anne home on Broadway. The painting was the work of Signature Painting Company, headquartered in Walnut Creek (web site: www.signaturepainting.us). Mr. Brian Mitchell was the partner who took on our project. He can be reached at (800) 736-0468.
I was first attracted to Mr. Mitchell’s enthusiasm for the project, coupled with his willingness to listen to our needs and desires, and his focus on the details of the job. His costs for the work were very reasonable and appropriate for a house of this size and detail.
Not enough can be said for the team of painters who completed the job. Their quality of work is second to none. From the extensive preparation phase, where the house was completely power-washed, scrapped, repaired (where needed), caulked and sealed, through the painting phase where extensive fine-brush detail work was performed along with the broad surface spraying and the detailed trim work, no corner was cut or short cut taken. The quality and detail of their efforts literally ‘stand out’ for all to see.
I invite you to come by and have a look, Mr. Gunn. I am sure you will appreciate the results of the effort and the new look of our beautiful Queen Anne. I also invite you to pass the word on to anyone looking for a painting contractor. Carol and I will be most pleased to talk with anyone about our experience with Signature Painting, and show them first hand the quality work that is the commitment of this company.
Best Regards,
Bernie FitzgeraldCc: Brian Mitchell, Signature Painting
