Exterior Painting Job in Martinez, CA
Here is a large home in Martinez, CA that we recently completed. At first sight, this seemed to be just a big house that needed a lot of your standard prep work (scraping, sanding, caulking, priming…etc). Upon further inspection we came to realize that a good amount of the wood siding and trim boards we completely rotten. Our company has several carpenters that work for us full-time, which allows us to do wood replacement at a very affordable price to our customers. We will only sub out wood replacement that is structural. These clients also wanted to brighten up there home a bit so we ended up painting the body with Graystone and all of the trim with Swiss Coffee, both from Kelly Moore Paints.

We removed the dry rot affected wood, treated the surrounding areas with Copper Green to ensure the rot would not spread, and replaced the wood with high quality, fully primed doug fir. Once the rot was replaced, an extensive prep job and two coats of paint, Rosemaries house is sealed up and ready to withstand all types of weather for years to come.
