Exterior Stucco Painting in El Cerrito CA

Chalky stucco was an issue on this home that had to be addressed. Due to the disrepair of the stucco, following repair of problematic cracks and chalky, failing areas, we sealed all repaired areas with 101 Elastomeric sealing compound and followed with a full prime using heavy duty masonry primer. In order to protect the delicate stucco from the varying Bay Area climate we applied Kelly Moore 1128 Kel-Seal Terpolymer. The benefits of the elastomeric paint include increased protection from the elements, resistance to cracking due to temperature variation, settling of the property, as well as providing enough sheen in the finish to enable homeowners to pressure wash on a yearly basis to keep the paint fresh!
