Vacaville, CA Exterior and Restoration Painting Project
Here is an example of a beautiful ranch style home in Vacaville, CA. The owners of this property wanted to bring all of the redwood beams back to a natural look. To achieve this we had to strip all of the old paint off of the beams all around the house. We then painted the home with an Elastomeric paint on the body and a 100% acrylic semi-gloss on the trim. Exterior Painting Job in Martinez, CA
Here is a large home in Martinez, CA that we recently completed. At first sight, this seemed to be just a big house that needed a lot of your standard prep work (scraping, sanding, caulking, priming…etc). Upon further inspection we came to realize that a good amount of the wood siding and trim boards we completely rotten. Our company has several carpenters that work for us full-time, which allows us to do wood replacement at a very affordable price to our customers. We will only sub out wood replacement that is structural. These clients also wanted to brighten up there home a bit so we ended up painting the body with Graystone and all of the trim with Swiss Coffee, both from Kelly Moore Paints.

Lakeshore – Piedmont CA Exterior Paint Job – Oakland Area
In case you haven’t noticed we have painted numerous homes in the Lakeshore/Piedmont areas of Oakland. This exterior painting project required a lot of prep work. Like most of our jobs we began by pressure washing the interior house and treating all mildew areas with a project call Bio-Kleen. This product is a replacement to TSP (which is what most painting companies uses), because it actually suffocates the mildew preventing it from coming back. It is also 100% biodegradable and safe for kids and animals. After that we waterproofed the entire house with high grade sealants and filled all cracks in the stucco with an elastomeric sealant. We scraped and sanded wherever there was loose or filling paint, primed the appropriate areas, then applied two coats of elastomeric paint to all stucco areas and KM 1250 to all wood areas.
