Exterior Re-Paint in Pleasanton, CA Ruby Hill Neighborhood

By · May 6, 2009 · Filed in Clients, Completed Jobs, Testimonials · No Comments »

We recently painted this home in the Ruby Hill community of Pleasanton, CA. Given that the home is well exposed to the weather and had not been painted in close to ten years, this project required a lot of prep work. As you can see there was an extensive amount of cracks in the stucco and a lot of flaking and peeling paint on the wood trim. After a few days of scraping, sanding, priming, and sealing with high quality elastromeric sealants, we then painted the house with brush and roller only! Usually we would spray and backroll but because of the windy weather in Ruby Hill we decided to paint on the safe side and do it the old fashion way. The result was one beautiful looking house!
